In 2004, Lina Khalifeh, a Jordanian Taekwondo champion, had a pivotal encounter with a college friend that would ignite a global movement. After speaking with "Sara," a fellow student who had endured physical abuse from her father and brother, Lina was inspired to take action. From this heartfelt conversation, SheFighter was born—the first self-defense studio exclusively for women in the Middle East.
