To create a safe, empowering, and organized training environment for all members, we’ve outlined our key policies regarding memberships, class passes, bookings, cancellations, payments, and studio conduct. These guidelines ensure fairness, clarity, and a smooth experience for every student and instructor.
Please take a moment to read through the policies before purchasing a package or attending classes. By joining SheFighter Toronto, you agree to follow these guidelines so we can continue providing high-quality training in a respectful, supportive space for all women.
SheFighter Toronto - Studio Policies
Welcome to SheFighter Toronto! To ensure a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for all members and clients, please review our studio policies below.

1. Membership Policy

Payments & Billing
-
Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis.

Pink Foundational Plan, Silver Unlimited Plan, Student Unlimited Plan, Kids Plan has a commitment of 3 months minimum (Contract)

Payment must be completed at registration to activate your membership.

All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-
Pricing may change; members will be notified in advance.
-
Credit doesn't roll over.
Attendance & Booking
-
Members must reserve their class spot using the online booking system or app.
-
Please cancel before 6 hours of the class if you cannot attend so others can join.

Some classes may reach maximum capacity; early booking is recommended.
-
Check-in is required upon arrival.
No-Show & Late Arrival​
-
Failure to cancel will incur a $10 No-Show fee, in addition to losing the class credit.
-
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may not be allowed for safety reasons.
Late Cancellation
-
To allow others the opportunity to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 6 hours before class to free up your spot and return the class credit to your account.

Cancellations made within 6 hours of the class will result in forfeiting the class credit and a 10$ late cancelation fee. Each Member is allowed one late cancellation fee exemption per membership period.

No refunds for unused classes or partial months.
Membership Pause/Hold
-
Members may pause their membership once per membership year only for up to (30 days) for 40$ + Tax. Must Request by email or on front desk.

Pause requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

You cannot cancel/terminate, or downgrade your membership before or during the 3 months commitment period.
Downgrades of Memberships
Membership plans can only be downgraded after the initial 3-month commitment period has been completed.
Once a membership is changed to a new plan, a new 3-month commitment period will begin, and the same terms and conditions will apply. During this period, cancellations, or downgrades are not permitted until the commitment is fulfilled.
We kindly ask all members to carefully consider their schedule and availability before selecting a membership plan. If you are unsure about your consistency or upcoming commitments, we strongly recommend starting with Class Passes, which offer greater flexibility.
Please note that we maintain strict adherence to our membership policies to ensure fairness and consistency across our community.

Contract Termination Policy
​
To cancel a membership, clients must provide a minimum of 7 days’ written notice by email prior to the next billing date.
​
Pink, Silver, Student and Kids Memberships are subject to a mandatory 3-month commitment period, which must be fully completed before any cancellation request can be processed.
Cancellations during the commitment period are not permitted.
Once the initial 3-month term has been fulfilled, cancellations can be submitted in accordance with the 7-day notice policy.
This policy is in place to ensure fairness, consistency, and proper scheduling across all memberships.​​​
Conduct & Safety

Members must fill waiver before entering the class only the first time.

Members must follow all studio rules and trainer instructions.
-
Respectful behavior, and proper attire are required at all times.
-
To maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive training environment for all members, every client is expected to follow the instructions of the trainer and uphold the values of respect and professionalism within the studio.

Failure to follow the trainer’s instructions, engaging in unsafe behavior during training, or demonstrating disrespectful or inappropriate conduct toward trainers, staff, or other members — including verbal insults or disruptive behavior — will not be tolerated.

The studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership without refund if a client’s behavior is deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the standards and values of the studio.
Age Requirements​

Minors require parental/guardian consent.
Schedule Changes
-
Class schedules, trainers, and times may change based on studio needs.

Members will be notified of major changes whenever possible.

2. Class Pass/Class packages Policy
​
Purchase & Validity
-
Class passes must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
-
Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Expiration​
-
5 - Class Pass: expires in 6 months
-
10-Class Pass: expires in 6 months.
-
20 - Class Pass: expires in 1 year
-
Expired sessions cannot be refunded.
Booking & Attendance
-
All class pass users must book their classes in advance.
-
Late cancellations (within 6 hours) or no-shows will deduct a class from the pass, and will be charged late cancelation fee of 10$ or a No show fee of 10$.
Late Arrival
-
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in denied entry for safety reasons.

Late arrivals count as a used class.
Pauses/Holds
There are NO pauses or holds for Class Pass customers
Usage Rules

Class passes apply to regular classes only.
-
Passes cannot be shared between clients.
-
All clients must follow studio safety guidelines.
Refunds & Transfers
-
No refunds for unused or expired sessions.
-
Passes cannot be paused, extended, or transferred.

3. Private Session Policy
​
Booking & Payment
-
Private sessions must be booked in advance.
-
Full payment is required to secure your session or package.
-
All private session sales are final.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
-
A minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
-
Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full amount.
-
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or forfeited session.
No-Show Policy
-
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice counts as a completed session and will be charged 30$ No Show Fee
Refunds
-
Private sessions and packages are non-refundable.
-
Each Package has an expiry date, make sure to check it when you are purchasing the package.
Instructor Substitutions
-
SheFighter Toronto may assign a different trainer if needed.
-
Clients will be notified in advance when possible.

Studio Use

Private session clients may only use the space during their booked time.

Equipment must be used safely under trainer supervision.
General Studio Policies

Shoes must be removed upon entering the training area.
-
Bring your Hand wrap and gloves or you can purchase gloves at our own Studio.
-
We don't offer rental gloves for hygiene reasons.
-
Personal belongings must be stored in designated spaces.
-
The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
-
