Refund Policy

New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange of size only within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in original packaging, with all tags attached.

All exchanges will be at the discretion of SheFighter. The shipping and handling cost are cover by the customer, the original cost of shipping is nonrefundable. All sales are final on personalized or customized products, clothing, shoes and personal items like hand wraps, and mouth guards without exception. If you purchased your SheFighter products from a third-party retailer, please contact them for any returns or exchanges. To start a return, you can contact us at info@shefighter.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping details, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@shefighter.com.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty

All SheFighter products carry a 30 day guarantee against manufacturing defects. SheFighter warranty does not cover used, wear and tear or misused products. SheFighter reserves the right to request the return of defective merchandise for inspection before approving a claim. Please consider to cover the shipping and handling cost. The item will be analyzed to evaluate if it is a manufacturing defect or a created damage. If the customer tries to fix up the product themselves, the warranty will be automatically lost. Previous of starting any warranty process we need to receive a copy of original receipt and a picture of the proposed manufacturing defect.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale items or Gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many Domestic & International warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive at the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize!
