Pink Level Trainer Course – Beginner
The Pink Level Self-Defense Trainer Course is the foundational level of the SheFighter system. Designed for beginners, this course introduces you to the core techniques, principles, and mindset of SheFighter.
What You Will Learn:
The fundamentals of SheFighter self-defense techniques.
Basic Punching, Kicking techniques.
