Participants will work on increasing flexibility, releasing tension, and improving posture, while incorporating breathing exercises and meditation to promote mental clarity and relaxation. This class provides a gentle yet effective way to recover from training, improve body awareness, and cultivate inner calm and focus. Suitable for all levels, SheRests helps students connect mind and body for overall wellness. Focus areas include: - Full-body stretching and mobility - Breathwork and guided meditation - Posture, alignment, and flexibility - Mind-body connection and relaxation No prior experience is required — perfect for anyone looking to restore, reset, and recharge.
