Service Description

SheForce is a dynamic strength-focused class designed to build total-body power using bodyweight exercises and speed drills. Participants will work on upper and lower body strength, core stability, and explosive movement, all while improving coordination and endurance. This class emphasizes proper technique, controlled movements, and functional strength that translates to martial arts performance and everyday fitness. Students will leave feeling stronger, more confident, and energized. Focus areas include: - Bodyweight exercises for upper and lower body strength - Core stability and endurance - Speed drills and controlled explosive movements - Functional strength and coordination
